SickKids - The Count

Director: Clément Durou

“Struggling was a theme in this film, a theme that overflowed into the story and impacted the production itself. Facing the end of our studio in the middle of production made us struggle to bring this film to life. But facing all odds, and while building a new company from nothing, being able to help those kids who go through much deeper suffering and deliver this beautiful film made our struggles feel small and worthwhile.” - CG Lead, Rafael Ghencev

"Our foal dreamed of doing something greater than himself and was bold enough to try. His naiveté gave him the courage to overcome distance and obstacles to achieve his goal. Making the foal's journey more epic, larger, and magical became OUR journey. And we, as a team, have embodied a little of his naiveté and boldness to deliver this amazing film." - VFX Supervisor, Rafael Ghencev
