Tim Crean is a Lead Flame Artist and VFX Supervisor whose passion for visual effects began in 1994, when he was first introduced to Flame—a tool that continues to inspire his craft to this day. Over the course of his career, Tim has worked across a range of studios, taken on countless independent projects, and even operated his own boutique VFX shop, gaining a deep and versatile understanding of the industry from every angle.
In 2018, Tim joined The Mill, where he thrived on the collaboration, creativity, and camaraderie of one of the most accomplished 2D teams in the business. He now continues to work with those same talented artists at ARC Creative. Known for his technical precision and artistic eye, he continues to bring energy, expertise, and unshakeable spirit to every project he leads.
